This Privacy Policy explains how 92 GYMS ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when gym owners ("Customers") and their members use our gym management software and website.

Information We Collect

We collect account information you provide when you sign up, such as your name, gym name, email address, phone number and billing details. On behalf of our Customers, the platform also stores the member data a gym chooses to record — names, contact details, membership plans, attendance and payment history, and, where a gym enables it, biometric check-in identifiers.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate and improve the platform, process subscription payments, send service and renewal notifications, provide customer support, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell customer or member data to third parties.

Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by our payment partners, including Razorpay and Paytm. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details on our servers — these are handled directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payments, email/SMS delivery), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) and access controls, to protect data stored on the platform. No online system is 100% secure, and we encourage Customers to use strong passwords and limit staff access appropriately.

Data Retention

We retain account and member data for as long as a Customer's subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs, after which it is deleted or anonymised on request.

Your Rights

Gym owners can access, export or request deletion of their gym's data at any time by contacting support. Members should direct data requests to their gym, which controls the data collected about them on the platform.
